SIGMA

SIGMA belongs to the new generation of Kromek scintillator detectors based on the use of state-of-the-art Silicon Photomultipliers (SiPMs), replacing conventional photomultipliers.

This detector for gamma radiation has a sensitive volume of up to 32.8 cm3 providing significant benefits in terms of cost, size, power consumption and stability with temperature.

SIGMA interfaces directly with MultiSpect Analysis software and is designed for radiation protection applications in medical, industrial and research activities.

SIGMA is and is available in two versions that differ in the sensitive volume of the CsI(Tl) detector.
