TLD Dosimeters
Wide range of passive thermoluminescence dosimeters for evaluation of absorbed dose by radio-exposed operators.
We provide the personal dosimetry system manufactured by RADOS, including all necessary components. The RADOS badge design allows replacement of filter materials, thickness, and TL materials. The ingenious design of the dosimetry cards and the wide measurement range also allow the use of automatic readers in clinical dosimetry applications.
With similar logic, aluminum dosimeter cards made by RadCard (formerly TLD Poland) can be used in TLD Harshaw or equivalent card readers. The cards are available in a wide range of configurations, with 1 or 4 TLD elements, in either LiF:Mg,Ti (MTS) or LiF:Mg,Cu,P (MCP). Lithium is offered in different isotopic compositions: natural, 99.9% enriched in Li-7, or 95% enriched in Li-6. This makes the boards suitable for various applications in environmental and neutron dosimetry.
For surface dose assessment, individual TLD elements of various materials are available to provide the best performance according to the field of application. Individual TLDs are often placed in special ring housings, for dose to the extremities, or in holders for dose to the lens.
