All Body Frame for TMI/TMLI

Total irradiation of the bone marrow and lymph nodes (TMI-TMLI) using modulated volumetric arc therapy (VMAT) or helical radiotherapy is also possible based on the results of dosimetric feasibility studies.

To immobilize the patient, starting from the clinical experience of the U.O. Radiotherapy and Radiosurgery of the Humanitas Clinical Institute of Rozzano, ELSE Solutions developed a system specially created and engineered called All Body Frame, able to house all the anatomical areas also with the aid of thermoplastic masks for better containment during the irradiation. It consists of several parts that can be assembled with accessories for housing the all the body and fixing systems for thermoplastic masks, it can be attached to the treatment bed.

The thermoplastic material compatible with the device is of two types: head-neck-shoulders and body.
